1. 条款的接受
当您访问、接入或使用 aardwin 提供的第三方登录与身份交换服务时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本服务条款以及相关隐私政策的约束。
如果您不同意这些条款，请停止使用相关登录功能。
接入 aardwin 的开发者应用须确保其终端用户已知悉本条款与隐私政策，并依法取得必要的授权与同意。
2. 服务内容
aardwin 提供的是一套聚合 OAuth 登录与身份交换能力，并包含 aardwin 自有的邮箱验证码（OTP）基础登录方式，帮助开发者以统一接口接入第三方身份提供商。
当前支持的第三方 OAuth 提供商包括：WeChat、Google、Microsoft Outlook、GitHub、Discord。
aardwin 不是 Google、Microsoft、GitHub、Discord 或 WeChat 的代理机构、关联机构或官方代表。第三方平台的授权页面、账户规则、接口策略与平台政策仍分别由对应平台负责，aardwin 仅在您主动选择对应登录方式时按授权流程代理完成身份交换。
3. 允许的使用方式
您同意仅以合法、正当且符合第三方平台政策与本条款的方式使用本服务，并遵守以下限制：
- 不得利用本服务实施恶意攻击、批量探测、爬虫滥用或绕过安全限制
- 不得伪造来源、冒用他人身份或提交虚假的应用与回调信息
- 不得违反 Google、Microsoft、GitHub、Discord、WeChat 或适用法律法规对 OAuth 应用的要求
- 不得规避或试图规避各 provider 的平台政策、配额限制或服务条款
4. 知识产权
aardwin 的品牌、产品名称、徽标、界面设计、文档及本服务相关原创内容，其知识产权归 aardpro 所有，未经书面许可不得复制、改编或商用。
aardwin 提供的客户端 SDK 与服务端 SDK 按其随附的开源或商业许可证条款使用；具体许可请参阅对应包（packages/sdk、packages/server-sdk）中随附的 LICENSE 文件。
您账号下的身份数据（邮箱、provider 唯一 ID、昵称、头像等）归您本人所有；您授予 aardwin 在本条款范围内为提供登录与身份交换服务所必需的处理与传输权利。
5. 服务可用性与变更
aardwin 可能处于持续迭代、测试或预发布状态。我们会尽力保持服务可用，但不承诺服务始终不中断、无延迟或完全无错误。
我们保留在必要时修改、限制、暂停或终止全部或部分服务的权利，并可相应更新本条款与隐私政策。
6. 第三方服务与责任边界
WeChat、Google、Microsoft Outlook、GitHub、Discord 等第三方身份提供商的 OAuth 接口、用户信息接口、审核状态、配额与账户规则属于第三方服务。
由于第三方平台政策、接口变更、审核状态、账户限制或不可抗力造成的登录失败、权限变化、数据回退或服务中断，不属于 aardwin 可完全控制的范围；aardwin 不对前述第三方原因导致的损失承担责任，但将在合理范围内协助排障与提供切换建议。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，aardwin 按"现状"和"可用"基础提供服务，不提供任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的担保。
对于因使用或无法使用本服务而造成的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失，在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不承担责任。
在适用法律允许的范围内，aardpro 因本服务对您承担的累计责任总额，以您在产生索赔的事件前 12 个月内实际向 aardwin 支付的金额为限；若您未支付任何费用，则累计责任以 100 美元（USD）为限。
如法律另有强制规定，则以该等规定为准。
8. 终止与停止使用
您可以随时停止使用 aardwin 服务，并通过对应第三方账户的安全或应用授权设置撤销对 aardwin 的授权，或通过邮箱联系删除您的身份数据。
若您违反本条款、相关隐私政策或第三方平台政策，aardpro 有权在提前或立即通知后中止、限制或拒绝向您继续提供服务，并依适用法律保留必要的审计日志。
9. 管辖法律与争议解决
本条款受中国法律管辖并据此解释，不考虑其法律冲突规则。
因本条款或本服务引起的或与之相关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可将争议提交中国有管辖权的法院或仲裁机构解决。
10. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本服务条款以反映业务、技术或法律要求的变化。条款变更时，我们将更新本页"最近更新日期"，并就重大变更通过本页公告或邮件方式通知。
在变更生效后继续使用 aardwin 服务，即视为您接受更新后的条款；如您不同意，请停止使用并撤销授权。

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, integrating, or using aardwin sign-in and identity exchange services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the relevant sign-in functionality.
Developer applications integrating aardwin must ensure that their end users are informed of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and obtain any authorization and consent required by applicable law.
2. Service Description
aardwin provides an aggregated OAuth sign-in and identity exchange capability, together with an aardwin-native email one-time passcode (OTP) basic sign-in, helping developers integrate third-party identity providers through a unified interface.
The currently supported third-party OAuth providers are: WeChat, Google, Microsoft Outlook, GitHub, and Discord.
aardwin is not an agent, affiliate, or official representative of Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Discord, or WeChat. The authorization screens, account rules, API policies, and platform policies of those providers remain governed by the respective third-party platforms. aardwin only proxies the authorization flow when you actively choose the corresponding sign-in method.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only in a lawful manner that complies with applicable provider policies and these Terms, and to abide by the following restrictions:
- Do not use the service for malicious attacks, automated probing, scraping abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls
- Do not impersonate others or submit false application or callback information
- Do not violate Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Discord, or WeChat requirements for OAuth applications, or applicable legal requirements
- Do not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any provider's platform policies, quota limits, or terms of service
4. Intellectual Property
The brand, product names, logos, interface design, documentation, and other original content related to the Service are the intellectual property of aardpro and may not be copied, adapted, or used commercially without written permission.
The client SDK and server SDK provided by aardwin are used under the terms of the open-source or commercial license accompanying them; see the LICENSE file in the respective package (packages/sdk, packages/server-sdk) for the specific license.
Identity data under your account (email, provider-unique ID, display name, avatar, etc.) belongs to you; you grant aardwin the right to process and transmit such data to the extent necessary to provide the sign-in and identity exchange services under these Terms.
5. Availability and Changes
aardwin may continue to evolve through active development, testing, or preview stages. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service when necessary, and may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy accordingly.
6. Third-Party Services and Responsibility Boundaries
The OAuth interfaces, user information endpoints, review status, quotas, and account rules of third-party identity providers such as WeChat, Google, Microsoft Outlook, GitHub, and Discord are third-party services.
Login failures, permission changes, data regressions, or service interruptions caused by third-party platform policies, API changes, review status, account restrictions, or force majeure are outside aardwin's full control; aardwin is not liable for losses caused by those third-party reasons, but will assist with troubleshooting and provide switching recommendations within a reasonable scope.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aardwin provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of aardpro to you arising out of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid to aardwin in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; if you have not paid any fees, aggregate liability is limited to 100 USD.
Where mandatory law provides otherwise, that law prevails.
8. Termination and Stopping Use
You may stop using aardwin at any time, revoke aardwin's authorization through the security or app authorization settings of the relevant third-party account, or contact us by email to delete your identity data.
If you breach these Terms, the related Privacy Policy, or third-party platform policies, aardpro may, after prior or immediate notice, suspend, restrict, or refuse to continue providing the service to you, and may retain the audit logs necessary under applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the courts or arbitration institutions with jurisdiction in China.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. When the Terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, for material changes, notify you via a notice on this page or by email.
Continued use of aardwin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the service and revoke authorization.
