You may only import or reach people you have a legitimate business reason to contact. Purchased, scraped, or otherwise unauthorized lists are prohibited — importing them is a breach of these terms.

Email sends go out through your own mailbox, under your own address — you are the sender. Honoring your recipients' opt-out and unsubscribe requests is part of that sending, and it stays with you: dispatch never reads your inbox, so those requests reach you as replies.

The service is a subscription. Cancel any time — paid terms are non-refundable (see the refund policy). If something went wrong, write to us and we'll sort it out.
